ALPINE ALICE BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Booking and contract
These booking conditions cover your contract with Alpine Alice. You apply for a booking by completing the booking form for and on behalf of all those named on the booking form and by paying a deposit of 120 Euros per person. The contract begins when Alpine Alice issues you a confirmation invoice following your application. The contract is to be determined in accordance with English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Accommodation
Alpine Alice will provide the accommodation and ancillary services listed in the confirmation invoice and as described in our website.  Alpine Alice has used all reasonable care in providing accurate details of the accommodation to be provided. We will promptly provide you with details of any changes to this information that may arise after the date of the confirmation invoice.
Payments
You shall pay the balance due in accordance with the confirmation invoice not less than 56 days prior to the first day of your holiday. Your failure to make timely payment in accordance with the confirmation invoice will allow Alpine Alice to treat the contract as cancelled by you.
Changes by you
You may request to transfer your booking to another suitable person if circumstances beyond your reasonable control prevent you from travelling. Such a request must be received by Alpine Alice within 21 days of the first day of your holiday and if accepted will be subject to the payment of an administration fee of 40 Euros per person.
