Guest accommodation is arranged over two floors as detailed below with five guest bedrooms offering a maximum capacity of 15 people.

The ground floor offers a large covered entrance with ski lockers and access to two bedrooms, a double with an ensuite shower room and a large family room with south-facing balcony and ensuite shower room.

There is also a large hallway with plenty of room for shoes and coats, a spacious sitting room with south-facing balcony and two further bedrooms.  One double with an extra single bed and ensuite bathroom and another double with it's own private bathroom and separate toilet directly opposite.

All rooms on this floor are accessible to those with physical disabilities.

The lower ground floor offers a second large sitting room with south-facing balcony, open fire and access onto the terrace and garden.  Also on this floor is the kitchen and the dining room and a further large and sunny bedroom offering triple beds and a large ensuite shower room.

There is ample parking and plenty of space in the boiler room downstairs for drying damp gear and storing bulky cases.
